Our Facilities and Production Capacity
Pubnico Trawlers operates from a 4,000 square foot H.A.C.C.P. approved fish processing plant located at Pubnico, in South West Nova Scotia.
Products are shipped from our plant to customers in Canada,
Mexico and the US using refrigerated carriers.
Production:
90% salted and dried fish
75% Cod fish
Balance of product mix is
made up of Pollock, Hake, Cusk and Mackeral.
10% of production is
fresh/frozen
